A failed NetSuite deployment in an active FDA-regulated dairy plant, across Warehouse, Multistage Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Procurement. In practice that meant redoing the items, BOMs, costing, and inventory valuation, getting work orders to consume components correctly, then rebuilding cycle counts and lot traceability until the numbers could be trusted again — the system had been reporting billions of units of phantom inventory. Wrote the procedures and trained the people who use it.
