In plain English: I keep a food plant’s software, network, and compliance systems running, and I build what ties them together.

Solving complex problems in creative ways is what gets me out of bed. I live for the opportunity to solve problems others could not. I have found the right tool for the job is usually the one you build yourself.

Twice now that problem has been a NetSuite implementation that didn’t take: once in a project/task-based solar business with complex revenue recognition rules, once in an FDA-regulated dairy plant whose system was reporting billions of units of phantom inventory. Both times I led the remediation, wrote the procedures, and trained the people who use it.
